Journal 2 - Walk Around My Neighborhood

Today I decided to go on a walk-about around my neighborhood, Copper Oaks.  Its about 5 minutes from FGCU.  

This is the view of the lake in the middle of the development, Everything in my neighborhood seems artificial and manmade.

I leave my neighborhood and walk down Three Oaks Parkway, there are man-made drainage ditch/canal type things all along the side of the road. They are filthy and the water does not look clean, clearly there is litter that is tossed from the roadway. I still manage to find beauty in this shot. I still feel like something must be done this is not natural.

Its getting too dark to take pictures so I take one last shot, and head back home.
