I thoroughly enjoyed the Field Trip to Echo Farms Global Farm. The purpose of Echo farms was to help combat world hunger. At the farm they try to replicate different environments and try to develop which crops grow the best in them as well as the best way to grow and harvest them through different methods. Another part of Echo farms is creating tools that will aid farmers that don't require rare materials or electricity but can be powered naturally and built from the natural resources from the land they are from.
